These Terms govern your use of brasilastral.com ("BrasilAstral", "we"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What we offer
BrasilAstral provides astrological chart calculation, horoscopes, compatibility and astrology content, computed with astronomical algorithms. Some content is free and some may be paid, as indicated on the site.
2. Nature of the content
The astrological content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and should not replace guidance from qualified professionals. Any decisions you make based on the content are your responsibility.
3. User accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
- You may close your account at any time from the My account page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site for unlawful purposes; attempt to bypass security measures; overload, scrape in bulk or interfere with its operation; or reproduce the content commercially without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, visual identity, code and calculation engine of BrasilAstral are protected by intellectual property rights. Personal use of the service is permitted; any other use requires prior authorization.
6. Payments (where applicable)
Paid products, if purchased, will have their price and conditions shown at checkout. Processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Consumer rights, including cancellation and refunds where applicable, follow the law of your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep calculations accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
